Strange interaction
I bought an item and paid right away with PayPal. The seller quickly cancelled the order and gave a refund.
Sometimes later I still received the item in the mail.
I let the seller know and now they are asking for my PayPal email address to send an invoice.
I do want to pay them for the item, but I really don't want to give them my PayPal email.
What can I do?
