Strange emails from ebay
In May I ordered an auto part. The part never got shipped and I received a refund. In July I received an email stating the part was shipped. On July 15th I received an email stating the item was delivered. It was not delivered. I tried to figure out how to contact eBay about this but no luck. Any suggestions? Company new parts one.
