Strange charge
Hello? At 2:11 a.m. on July 11, 2023, Korean time, the amount I did not use (KRW240,150) was charged to the credit card company I am dealing with. I didn't use it, and there is no usage in the PayPal transaction details. But I wonder how this amount can be charged to my credit card company. I hope this problem can be dealt with as soon as possible. Thank you.

If not then your card was hacked and not your eBay account. You will need to dispute the charge with the credit card company. A hacker could have used the credit card as a guest purchase so there is not a record on your eBay account.
