store front dissapeared
I have a store with eBay for 5 years. ( I had changed my subscription plan on Dec. 26th ) to a lower subscription, I edited my store with new banners, new items etc. All was well. On December 30th I went to check my store as I do every day. The URL states Store Not Found. I have called everyday and keep getting a run around that they are escalating a ticket. My subscription is still active and being charged. I have been in above standard rating and never a problem with anything. Has anyone experienced this and what do I do. I am going to write to corporate office and see if they can help. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

That sounds frustrating.
Use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance. They tend to be more thorough.

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened. You have to wait for them to reply, it isn't instant.
