    Stopping automatic deduction for accepted offers
                     

    Within the last few days, EBAY has started charging shipping for EACH accepted offer from the SAME seller vs. previously, I could request Combined Shipping from the seller and then they'd send me an invoice which I would then pay. Now my debit card is charged not only for th item but shipping. How can I get rid of this auto-deduct, which is what I think they call it?

    You can't, the seller has the option to use it or not.
