Ebay has suddenly started making an automatic payment with my card before I can review the bill.

Ebay has suddenly started making an automatic payment with my card before I can review the bill.

Mentor2 years agoSellers control whether a valid payment method is required for bids or offers on those sellers' items.
eBay controls whether each buyer account is subject to those requirements.
Buyers have no direct control over that requirement when making bids or offers for those sellers' items.
