eBay is not here; this is a public user forum.
Buyers cannot cancel without the cooperation of the seller, so contact your seller directly to request a cancellation. The seller is not required to cancel just because you ask; particularly if the seller has already shipped. Not every seller is a one-person operation that has complete control over shipping once an order has been made.

Be aware that the seller is not obligated to approve your request to cancel.
