Stoped working
I baught this pump from a vendor it quit working I've contacted the manufacturer they said it has a one year warranty so i contacted the seller on ebay and the keep saying that they are waiting for a response from the manufacturer after i told them I've already contacted vevor they keep dragging this out I've only had the pump for less than 90 days when it quit pumping and its been 4 weeks now since ive contacted them

·3 years agoUnless the seller was an authorized dealer for the manufacture, they don't have anything to do with the warranty.

Mentor3 years agoManufacturers don't honor warranties for items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a return through them, and if that fails, do a chargeback with the credit card company if that is how you paid.
