Stop the order from being canceled?
Hi! thanks for your help. I have this issue, I sold an item to a US person, I went to the post office, but they did not allow me to ship it due to U.S. restrictions, so I canceled the order (but the refund has not been issued yet and it says "cancellation is in progress").
I later discovered that another post office does accept the shipment, and I would like to reverse the cancellation and keep the order active. I contacted the buyer, and she agreed not to cancel the order. She told me she was going to decline the cancellation, but apparently she wasn’t able to do it. How can I proceed?

You cannot reverse the cancellation, let that one close. Relist the item and let the Buyer purchase it again.

Unfortunately, I can no longer issue the refund because payoneer deducted a commission from the payment, so the full amount is no longer available. I also transferred the remaining funds to another card in order to collect the total amount for the refund, but it seems that eBay does not accept that card.
I have one question: what would happen if I ship the item tomorrow and mark the order as “shipped� I still see the option available. thank you
