STOP "Sending offers to interested buyers"
It seems that ebay is sending offers to all shoppers who have my items in there cart but have not bought the items. the problem is the are being offered a price i do not want to offer and i am loosing money. i see lots of info on how to initiate this service but zero info on how to stop it or edit it once in motion.

See if you can use the link in the Seller Hub Marketing tab to disable those automatic offers.
