Mentor2 years agoYou can't. This is the direction eBay is heading for offers and auctions. Some sellers have opted out of it but most sellers want it because there are so many buyers who are not paying for the items they have committed to buy. This costs sellers time and money and disrupts the marketplace for other buyers.
What is your complaint about it? If you are going to pay, what difference does it make if you provide your payment information before or after winning? The information is only used if your offer is accepted or you win the auction.
