Summary: toughbooktrader6 expresses frustration with their listings being removed for selling items deemed restricted, despite similar items being listed by others without issue. They feel unfairly targeted and mention difficulties using the "sell one like this" feature, which seemingly doesn't disadvantage other sellers.
Time and time again my listings are being removed and I am then told they are restricted items. I could maybe understand that if there hasn’t been 1000’s of the exact item listed all across eBay with 0 issue for them.
Really feels like I am being targeted here.
It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt find the exact item on they’re website and hit the “sell one like this” option and change nothing but the pictures of the item (looks identical because it’s the exact same item !) yet they get the privilege to sell and advertise theirs however I do not and run the risk of getting my account in trouble for trying to sell plastic grips, radios , etc again all of which is all over eBay already…. I’m just not allowed to do it….

you are allowed to click "Report" and, you know, report the listing.

I'm sorry that is happening.
If you tell me what listings have been removed, I can provide more guidance.
Even though you may see other listings, it does not mean the item is allowed.
The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Only most of these will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, AND they get a warning on their account. OR their account will be closed.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings, but trust me, they nearly all get caught.
