Stone in ring fell out!
Sold a beautiful multi natural gemstone ring. Customer receives it and loves it. Week later she messages saying she wore the ring twice and one of the stones had fallen out. She’s asking how can we handle this. I would tell her to return the ring but now I’m getting my ring back obviously less the value I sent to her. Please let me know how I should handle this situation.

-Ask for pictures for your records
-This is retail sales, accept returns even though the Buyer may have damaged it while wearing it.
-If it was used it is also possible the stone was lose and fell out ...
-It is also possible the Buyer popped the stone out wanting a partial refund and will glue it back in as soon as you send them a partial refund
-Your Seller Protections may help with reducing the amount you refund them based on what they return.

-Your return settings show the Buyer pays for a return ... but unless I missed it I don't see any rings sold on this account int he last 30 or more days ... when did this happen or was it earrings not a finger ring?
