Stolen property retrieval

Question

I launched a new product on Amazon ( mens watches ) I sent it over 200 watches. 40 watches of the same model and color came up missing . $4000 retail value .Amazon gave me the run around and did not pay me for my loss. Sure enough a couple of month later the missing watches (the only ones in circulation) are listed by 2 different sellers in Texas and Iâ€™m in Michigan . and you can still see the Amazon asins on the box
How do i go about retrieving my watches .
