Stolen phone was sold to me
i bought an I phone that said brand new from a seller in January.I wanted to change provider and they checked the IMEI number was reported lost.The seller has refused to answer me .What do i need to do?

You are probably beyond Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee (from date of delivery), so you would need to file a dispute through Paypal's resolution center or contact your credit card company.
