Stolen phone and kept payment by Oz Wonderland.I sent the phone back and it was signed for.
Oz Wonderland sold me a phone not covered by Telstra . I sent it back. They have not refunded my money after 2months.

Mentor1 year agoDid you open a claim in Ebay BEFORE you shipped it back to the seller? Without that, you don't have a way to prove it was returned.
Your only option now would be to go to your funding source and dispute the charge.
