Stolen packages
I was unfortunately a victim of package theft Saturday morning 1/24/26. I would like to know why one of my orders didn’t have “authenticity guarantee†and the other order didn’t gave signature confirmation? The USPS employee placed my letters in my mailbox but put my packages on the floor of my porch. I live on the main street where there is a lot of foot traffic and the packages were placed within arms reach. Packages were delivered 11:44am. I arrived 1pm. All 3 expected packages were gone. I’ve already reported to the Police Department. This wouldn’t have happened if there was signature confirmation on my authenticity guarantee order.

Mentor8 months agoSellers are not required to use signature confirmation unless the total purchase price Including taxes was over $750.
