Stolen Order
I had two packages get delivered this week & both of them got stolen, I made a claim with ebay for a refund but because they were “delivered†it doesn’t count, do i continue to contact them or file a claim with USPS even tho they won’t cover the full refund on both order.

I know this is frustrating, but the loss for that is yours. Your post office will not refund you because they correctly delivered your packages. Neither eBay or the seller are responsible for the theft - it is your responsibility to provide a safe place for delivery.
You should report the thefts to your police dept. If the items were pricey, you may be able to file claims with your home insurance.
Ask your police dept if this is a common occurrence in your area - if so, you might want the carriers to hold your packages for pick up.

OP9 months agoSo my issue here is i’ve gotten packages delivered to my parents home/mailbox for 4+ years no issue, i moved out and get packages delivered here still because it’s the safest bet, i’ve never had a package stolen at this address till this instance when I waited to pick up all my packages in one trip (3 orders) (when they all got delivered last one coming in friday, yesterday) to see that my tuesday & thursday delivery weren’t there because the mailboxes had been broken into. As someone that’s never had that happen to me of course I wouldn’t plan to take that into account as it’s not common in my area

I’m glad it is not common. There isn’t much you can do except report it to your local police and your local post office. While your PO will not provide any financial coverage, they need to know about mail theft.
