Stolen items -- purchased more than 90 days ago

Ebay customer support is incredibly difficult to contact. How do I do this for an item I purchased more than 90 days ago? I keep trying to report the item as stolen. But the submission won't go through, I've been trying for a week. The AI agent will not connect me with a real agent without selecting an item and the item does not show up as it's more than 90 days old. Any ideas? Thanks!

@nate0010 It is not possible for a seller to refund you after 90 days, even if they wanted to. They may not be the person that stole the items either, they could have bought them at a storage locker auction.

All you can do now is try to file a chargeback dispute with your payment method.

An eBay agent can't make the seller refund you either since it's more than 30 days past the delivery date.
