Stolen items for sale

More than two dozen items that were stolen years ago are being offered. I contacted the seller about this several months ago but all communication has ceased and the items are still being offered.

I agree with @mr_lincoln . No way to tell how many times your items have changed hands. Your first step in a police report. You can see eBay's information on handling stolen merchandise here>

This is a tough situation. Did you file a police report when the items were stolen from you and was it detailed enough to identify the items being listed for sale?

Next, after the items were stolen you do not know what happened to them or how many hands they passed through before being listed for sale on eBay. Meaning, the Seller selling them may not know there were stolen.

How many items are we talking about here and are they ALL for sale by the same Seller on eBay?
