Stolen item reported

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 from a seller last year on July 8th 2025 (Order number:xx-xxxxx-43947). It seems that on August 14th someone reported it as stolen. Since then I have had a multitude of contacts with AT&T about this issue all the while trying to remove the suspension and blocks on the watch with the low level representatives giving me various reasons for the suspension.
It wasn't until May 23, 2026 that a supervisor at AT&T advised me that someone had reported it stolen on August 14, 2025.
I contacted the seller 2x and all I have heard in response is crickets.
This is a seller with a 100% rating.
I don't know what to do about this.
