Stolen item
I brought a valve index wit( the replacement plan on eBay the people at steam say it’s stolen will eBay replace it . Since I still have ethe index and steam is not allowing ,e to play cause they say it’s stolen

If you bought the item within the past 6 months ... I would request a chargeback from your credit card company. Ask the rep what you need to do to get refunded after buying a stolen item.
