Stolen item
Does the EBay guarantee cover a stolen item? You purchase a watch and years later it is discovered the watch was stolen and the watch is taken from you. Does eBay guarantee cover that?

Mentor3 years agoNo, not years later. The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt. Most credit cards offer 90 - 180 days. So it is much too late for them to help, too.
Depending on how many years have passed, and if it is worth the expense, you could try small claims court.
