    Stolen item
                     

    I received an empty envelope. Apparently my item was stolen. The seller and I don't know what our options are.  Anyone been through this?

    The seller is responsible for the package until delivery, so he owes you a refund. He can then file a claim with the carrier. He will need photos of the envelope.
