stolen card used on ebay

Someone stole my debit card and made several charges. I cannot find any way to contact ebay about this. The charges appear like this: OS DEBIT EBAY O*03-10384-85151 .

I cannot belive there is a not a way to contact a human being about my card being used on ebay. There is a definite record of these purchases.

Go to your bank and close the card immediately.

You need to contact your bank about a stolen card eBay can't help you.
