Stolen account
Several years ago I stopped using my account and only purchased items occasionally as a guest. Last year I discovered that someone else had been using my account and when I notified EBAY, the account was frozen. I immediately changed my password but since then, I've been unable to log in using my email address. I get a message telling me that my password is incorrect. I want a new account using the same email address!

Mentor3 years agoEach eBay account requires a unique email address.
If you can change the address to your old eBay account, do so. You may be able to reuse the old email address after thirty days.
Try signing in using your original username rather than your email address.
Otherwise you will need to use a new email address for your new eBay account. Possibly you can forward your eBay email to the old email address.
