What kind of decision are you appealing? Did you file a Refund Request or a Return Request and what was Ebay's response to your request?

If the seller provided a tracking number that shows the item was delivered, your appeal will not be approved.

OP3 years agoYes but there is an exemption clause that states if the order is cancelled within a hour you can get a reversal I canceled within 20 minutes

OP3 years agoMy appeal was accepted over a month ago but haven’t heard anything since!!!! everything has a closing with some sort of reply and I have not gotten any reply!!!!

·3 years agoA buyer can't cancel an order, they can only ask the seller to cancel, but they are not required to.
