Still waiting for refund and help from EBAY money back guarantee...
I bought a pool. it is leaking I contacted seller/spreetree and Best way it has been since Tuesday.. no refund is issued. this pool was 400$.it is leaking.. I have to fill it every time I use it. eBay said there was a money back guaranteed.. the woman who called me today was not very nice and did not help me... pls someone HELP.. I am a senior and 400$ is a lot of money for a pool that doesn't work.. My grandchildren are coming next week pls pls get me a refund.. PLS. I shop on eBay all the time. PLS

Sorry your pool is leaking.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request. If it is past 30 days then I am sorry but you will have to see if you have any protections with your funding source, an eBay agent can't extend the 30 days limit.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't work/ defective

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
