Still not reimbursed for a package I never received.
I ordered a $182 package from an overseas company and never received it.
The seller gave me multiple incorrect tracking numbers.
When I tried contacting FedEx to find out where the package was, the representatives told me that NO ADDRESS I HAVE EVER LIVED AT was on the package, and because of that they couldn't give me more information about it.
I have contacted ebay multiple times, complying with all their requests to try and get a refund.
Every representative I spoke with on the phone said that I should be able to get my money back solely based on the fact I was given multiple incorrect tracking numbers.
By ebay's request I asked for a refund from the seller and they said they would only give me $20 out of the $182 which is not acceptable.
When I went to call someone today to get a full reimbursement, EBAY DENIED MY ABILITY TO CHALLENGE THE APPEAL AND ELIMINATED MY ABILITY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE OVER THE PHONE.
I am out $182 and still have no package.
Does anyone know a broad customer service number I can call to get a hold of somebody?
EBAY SAYS THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and they've made it impossible to get my money back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Mentor2 years agoIf they have already denied your appeal, call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received, and tell the agent that the seller provided a pirated tracking #.
