Still haven't got my funds released

Question

I've done everything they have asked now it takes me to a place to follow the prompt but there's not one there I sold the shoes he paid it's been 2 months now can someone help me get my money nothing else to do I owe nothing I've sent everything they have ask and more is there a supervisor to talk to should I email the C.E.O and tell him a B.O.A employee is getting treated like a criminal over a word please someone help
