Staying Signed In
Recently, eBay has been auto-signing me out very quickly and I find myself having to re-sign in 15-20 times a day. I am using the app on my phone (which I have done for years now). I’m sure it’s something in Settings, but I have searched and used Help and Chat to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoTry uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your phone, then installing the latest version of the eBay app once again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
