Status on return 5323793510
eBay told me in 48hrs they will inform me have not received nothing towards return ID 5323793510.
As well they mention five business days it’s going 7 days. Still no email the seller lied to me it’s amazing 17years with eBay never had an issue. Seller said wrong message and to change return how if return was done properly now I had to close it and now the seller is ignoring after I listen to what he told me to do.

Mentor3 weeks agoOnce you close a case, it cannot be reopened. You never close a case until you get your money back. If you paid with a credit card, you can file a chargeback with the credit card issuer. Most will help if you file within 180 days of the transaction.

OP3 weeks agoThank you very much but eBay it’s self on the phone said this has been going on with many and will be investigated. They mention after in 5 business days I will hear back from them and haven’t it’s going to 7 days. Also the return became a case.
