Status of my claim Electrogearshops fraudulent seller
Summary: emhur-2185 inquired about the status of their claim against Electrogearshops, a seller they believe to be fraudulent. eburtonlab responded, but their message contained no content, leaving the original query unanswered.
Hello,
I am requesting an update regarding the claim I opened against the seller. The item I received does not match the description provided in the listing, and the seller has completely ignored my attempts to communicate and refused to honor the warranty that was offered at the time of sale.
I contacted the seller multiple times without receiving any response. The seller is violating eBay policies by misrepresenting the product and failing to provide the support and guarantee promised in the listing.
It has now been over a month since I reported this issue, and I am still waiting for a resolution. eBay previously informed me that I would receive assistance with this case, but I have not yet received a final response.
At this point, I am formally requesting a full refund due to the seller’s failure to resolve the issue and lack of cooperation.
Please provide me with an update on the status of my claim as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Check the status of your claim here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/default/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
If you filed a claim and want eBay to step in, you must do so within twenty-one business days of starting the case; after that the case may be closed by eBay without any action.
If you have waited too long to ask eBay to step in, you may still have recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of sale.
