Stated seller doesn’t accept return
Recently sold a skin care that was purchased at Macy’s and the item never came with a seal. Just how it is many times I bought it.
buyer requested for return because if this.
listing stated that seller doesn’t accept seller.
how do I handle this?

·3 years agoIf they requested the return through eBay, you decide if you want to pay for return shipping or not and then respond to the request by accepting the return. Then you either issue a refund when you get the return or issue a refund immediately if you don't want to pay for return shipping.
