How do I start an email to the seller?

OP5 months agoFinally got it by clicking the "send message" ... which was counterintuitive to me since there was no message to send! I've been off eBay for a time and have turned into an old dog learning new tricks. I like the old way better. Many thanks for your help.

Use eBay messages to contact your seller.
You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
