Starting a return
I purchased a ring and it's defective
The coating is wearing off and it looks very bad . Paid 203.00 for it and had it less than a month
I purchased it with another user name and can't bring up the items I purchased. It's in a other email. Don't know what to do

If you purchased the ring using another account … you need to sign into that account and file a return request from the Purchase History in that account.
If you purchased the ring as a Guest … you have to open the claim from the confirmation email you received after making the purchase.
