Started a return for a fake item, can't get ebay to step in
Hello I started a return for an item that was fake. The seller won't respond. It says if the seller doesn't help with a resolution by the 31st of Decebay can step in. However that option is still not available to be on the 31st. I've also asked for a call back. Ebay says they'll call in 1 minute but I've not gotten a call. Can someone please help? Thanks so much and Happy New Year!

Mentor1 year agoThe seller has 3 whole days to reply with either a full refund or a prepaid shipping label. I would wait until January 1 for the Ask ebay to step in, link. Be sure to click it to force the refund. As for the call back, make sure you haven't blocked the phone call by checking your spam filter.

OP1 year agoThank you, appreciate the response. I'll wait until tomorrow. Is ebay closed tomorrow (January 1st)

Mentor1 year agoeBay has help available every day of the year. Wait times may be longer on holidays but someone will be there.

Just try again later. Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
