started a return cannot change the reason for the retuen anymore. Why?
I started to make a return on something I spent a lot of money on, and I cannot change the reason why. I initially put down defective (which it is), but I don't want to go take 10 pictures and post them. So I want to change the reason to "I don't need it anymore" since I bought another one from another company already. But I cannot go back and I am stuck with the page asking me for 10 pictures.

You do NOT have to attach 10 photos to your return request, 1 will do.
