start appeal of unpaid cancellation recorded on eBay account and want to appeal it, I paid for item

I paid for items and now E bay is saying that I have two items unpaid and restricted account How do I appeal? it is unclear

Did you check your My eBay to see which items eBay says werenâ€™t paid for?

Itâ€™s possible that you may have accumulated unpaid items strikes without being aware of them â€¦ like if a seller accepted an offer you made, and you didnâ€™t see the notification.
