I bought an item from a seller about 3 weeks ago and turned out that it required an activation code to operate and by contacting the seller he doesn't respond. Is there is any help that i can get from ebay community?
Item number:11-13028-68344 from ( Wastegoods) date is May,2nd.2025.
Can ebay admin intervene to help resolve this matter?
