Standstill on Traffic in My Store as a result of Violation
Hello all. I've been selling on eBay for about 21 years. Unfortunately, I listed an item from a company Zealandia which uses ancient Ivory and the item was ended due to violating eBays animal policy. It truly was my fault, I thought due to the age of the bone it would be permitted.
As a result, eBay has slowed my sales and visibility very significantly since February.
While I know it was my responsibility to familiarize myself with all of eBays policies, does anyone know how long this period will last?
