The $ 2.00 charge applies when Payouts are sent to a debit card associated with the bank account on record and that can be changed on this page, eBay calls that Express payouts: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

OP6 months agoThat’s what I understood, but eBay has been charging me $2.00 for payouts to my bank account since last July. I have always had my account set for this payment method, never to a debit card.

We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
