standard envelope shipping no tracking with USPS

About 10% of items shipped not arriving to customers, USPS says no tracking. Do I have to send $2 items Ground Advantage?

The eBay Standard Envelope comes with limited tracking. Those shipments do not need an acceptance scan because they have built-in tracking.

Often those shipments will indicate "delivered" before they are actually delivered. The Buyer needs to give it another day or two. The eBay Standard Envelope does come with insurance, so there is an option for you to file a claim if the envelope is lost. Here is more information:
