SSN
Low volume seller here. Most recent sale 3/11. New sale today, got EB msg that they need my SSN to credit my acct.
When I checked, EB already has my last 2 digits.
Why are they asking again? Anyone know?

eBay is REQUIRED to obtain a seller's full SSN after their sales reach a certain amount. The seller won't get paid if they refuse to provide it when asked.

VA has a $600 threshold for issuing a 1099k.
eBay does not withhold taxes at any level, but must report your sales according to both state and federal requirements.
