SquareTrade denying warranty
Bought an item about 8 months ago (September) and it shows all over the item that a 1 year warranty is included from SquareTrade. Now they are giving me all the denials in the book saying they need a receipt for said warranty. No where did I get one, nor is it something you pay for. I keep elevating it to a supervisor but they are **bleep**ed and won't do anything. Anyone have suggestions??
