Spreadsheet upload not working with correct information for making a CCG listing
Let me preface this by say that I have talked to support several time with no response within the 72 hour they keep saying they would email me and that this is my last resort.
I've download some of my other listing thatl I did not use the template to upload and found that despite "Near Mint or Better" being the correct value to use in the "CD:Card Condition - (ID:40001)" Column, It will fail to upload, error: 21920352
I know its a Ebay side problem since I am unable to relist items using the relist templates, keeping the same values.
I'm not using any external api or program to upload. I am using the create template feature ebay provides and filling it out using google sheets and making sure that the file type stays the same.
If their is even a short term solution that would be appreciated.

I suggest adding FILE EXCHANGE to the title to atttact users who may be able to help.

OP8 months agoSadly the answer I seek is a repair of the inoperable template listing tool that has a malfunctioning bug for CCG listings.
eBay needs to fix the service itself and is doing a poor job responding and fixing the problems. It's simply broken and eBay needs to fix their own service. All I want know I now is if eBay is doing anything about it since the previous times they said I would get an email within 72 hour they have not
Looking at any previous post will not help and I simple want to know what eBay is doing about it.
I've talk to others online about this and there only solution is to use a listing application like Shopify.
