Spreadsheet upload for New Drafts FAILS

I am trying to list Books > Antiquarian & Collectible (CategoryID = 29223) by uploading a spreadsheet through ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads . I am getting this error: Invalid draft request. Please check key and manifest category Id and condition values.
I have blanked out condition because condition is not (apparently) required for antiquarian and collectible books.
Any ideas?
