Sppedpak or orangeconnex scammed me?
Ordered a box of Disney cards from a eBay user. Paid $77 was shipped by a company called speedpak. Item shows as delievered but never got it. Contacted seller and they gave me some ca@orangeconnex.com email address. Well I looked up both companies, and they are scammers. Contacted eBay but they denied my claim because it shows delivered. Appealed with the info I found out online and still was denied. Weird thing is this user had 5k plus reviews and 5 stars. Do I have any action to get my money back? I tried to explain to eBay all of the complaints about both companies but they didn’t care.

Mentor6 months agoSpeedpak is a company that delivers items from China. So you seller must have been located in China. The only way to appeal the case would have been to have a letter from Speedpak stating that your address was not on the label. Since this probably will be hard to get you can go back to your payment source and see if you can open a charge back. There is a limited amount of time to do this so act now.
