Sports Memorabilia from the UK being misclassified creating a tariff issue?
I am a long time collector and recently started getting into buying some soccer related items. but with the tariffs a signed jersey is getting hit with a 40% tariff. I assume this is because of where the item was manufactured but does that make sense on a $1,000 jersey when the cost of the actual shirt is maybe $100 and the majority of value is the signature itself. It seems ridiculous. Anyone know what the deal is?
