Sports cards never arrivrd
I purchased 8 cards in the same auction. Seller place all 8 cards under the same tracking number. Only 4/8 cards showed up at my doorstep but the seller claims all cards were delivered. What really happened and what do I do?

Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
